The heat carried by the steam condensate is 20% to 30% of the heat of the saturated steam. Therefore, the recovery and utilization of the steam condensate is done, and it becomes the focus of the energy-saving and energy-saving enterprises. However, because the traditional condensate recovery device does not solve the problems of pumping cavitation, water hammer and gas blockage of high-temperature condensate, the recovery rate of condensed water is very low, which affects the enthusiasm of enterprises to implement energy-saving renovation to a certain extent. . In response to this situation, a new closed condensate integrated recovery system came into being.
The condensate polishing system completely eliminates the cavitation and steam plug problems of the net condensate pump through the unique pressure regulating device and the cavitation elimination device and the high temperature resistant water pump, and realizes complete closed recovery of the condensed water and the secondary steam. In the design, through the system integration control and comprehensive utilization of thermal energy, the automation of the entire condensate recovery system is greatly improved, the comprehensive utilization of thermal energy is more reasonable, and the labor intensity of the production personnel is also significantly reduced.
